ARTICLE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND ACTIVE PLAY HELP TEENS MAINTAIN NORMAL WEIGHTS AS ADULTS.
I was read the article and I agree with it. As we know in the modern era, many of people in the whole world have obesity problem adults, adolescent, children and baby too. They are likelihood becoming overweight. From the problem I was mentioned, I think the main factors contribute this problem are unbalanced in diet daily, over eating and irregular exercise. These problems will be affecting to body health and may be the person gets many diseases. For that reason, the physical education at school play at school play the important roles to maintain normal weight for the adolescents so that when their become adults still have the normal weights. It was proven by researcher at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School said that participation by the student decreased the number of percentage odds becoming overweight adults. Beside that, as a adolescent they can participate in certain extra curricular physical activities such as rollerblading, biking or skate-boarding. The study by researcher also found from that will be decreased overweight and maintain the body health. However, the percentage of high and junior school very disappointed. They are less enrolled in physical education. Therefore, I can conclude that physical education and active play are most important to maintain normal weight and the way to avoid overweight when becoming adults. It will be guarantee to get good health and avoid from dangerous disease.
