I read article in title Building Customer trust : how to do it by author Boon Teoh.In the previous issue,this article discussed on the need to build customer trust and some of the common barriers that hinder the effective building of customer trust. Many steps how to it in building effective customer trust.Firstly , show competence .Secondly , quality is more important than quantity.Third , be honest about fees , charges and price .Fourth , understand the customers expectation and try to meet that expectation .Lastly , remember what to do what you have promised to do.
