The plot of advertisement is a one group student from primary school discussing about one word in newspaper.In cloudburst,the student run away into bus stop and they was take the time read the newspaper.But they was bicker about how to speak one word, the word is "occupied". And then,one guy come to the student when he heard the conversation.The guy make correct the spell of word.Lastly,the student very occupied reading the newspaper untill the bus was leave out them.

I have read an article the tittle is Gender Often Does Matter in Communication Between Parents and Children. This article ia written by Liz Sandoval-Lewis. This article is mention about the gender play important thing in communication between parents and their childrens. I agree with the author that mothers and fathers talk differently to their daughters and sons depends on the situation. But I'm not agree that mother talk more than father. I can see this thing just in my family. My father is a quite person but he will be angry to his children even in small matter. But my mother like to talk but she is not a angry person. My father is a controlling person. For example , one day I want to go the town with my friends my mother give a permission to me go out but my father give a permision with take a long time. That is mean that my father ask a lot of question to me like with who I go out, for what and others and after that he give a permission.But all this didn't mean I hate my father. I think he is concerne to his children especially his daughters. My brother have a same question if he want to go out. But I still love my parents because they are everything for. They do like this because they love me and my siblings. In addition they do like this because they want me be more careful and be intelligent to solve a problem when something happen.

Circumcision or in Islam we call as khitan is special ceremony to children especially boy. In my opinion this ceremony is one thing to go into new situation. This thing make them becoming an adult. I was read the article Ten Tips for Avoiding Beginner’s Frustration by Curtis West. During ten years of combining travel and language studies I have experienced these frustrations with fellow adult learners. These tips represent the cumulative wisdom garnered from this informal group. I think the first step until ten tips is very important because must investment of time and energy, will go forward and go backward and ahead. Besides that, learning language is going to take longer than. If after your first month of study you can capture the basics of your new language, you will have made great progress. Therefore, will find it useful to have a textbook or workbook about new language that is written in English. Then, knowing that your goal is to learn their language will encourage speaking it. After that, talk to any student of language who was reached some level of proficiency and will admit that they express themselves differently in their second language and, as a result, think differently. Nevertheless, learning a new language involves learning about yourself as a student. Language study is a journey of both world discovery and self discovery. Lastly, the four skill areas of language are speaking, reading, writing, and listening comprehension. Of all the skill areas, developing your comprehension of the spoken language takes the most time. It is been heady times for Twins fans, as team has kept even with the White Sox for the division title, and some young players have started to blossom. Anything over 95% is quite good .Lastly, even the internet, there still area a lot of test that can only take on paper. The androgyny, or androgynous person, does not neatly fit into a female or male gender role; she or he can comfortably express the qualities of both genders. They are likelihood becoming overweight. From the problem I was mentioned, I think the main factors contribute this problem are unbalanced in diet daily, over eating and irregular exercise. These problems will be affecting to body health and may be the person gets many diseases. For that reason, the physical education at school play at school play the important roles to maintain normal weight for the adolescents so that when their become adults still have the normal weights. It was proven by researcher at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School said that participation by the student decreased the number of percentage odds becoming overweight adults. Beside that, as a adolescent they can participate in certain extra curricular physical activities such as rollerblading, biking or skate-boarding. The study by researcher also found from that will be decreased overweight and maintain the body health. However, the percentage of high and junior school very disappointed. They are less enrolled in physical education. Therefore, I can conclude that physical education and active play are most important to maintain normal weight and the way to avoid overweight when becoming adults. In the present study, we examined the parental roles presented to picture book reading parents and children. The results indicate significant imbalance in the portrayals of mothers and fathers. Mothers were shown more often than fathers as caring nurturers who discipline their children and express a full range of emotions. Fathers were under represented and portrayed as relatively stoic action who took little part in the lives of their children. A risk of stereotypical portrayals is that they may socialize children and parents at important periods in their development, when parents identify their role in the spectrum from affectionate caregiver to deadbeat absentee, and when children form their expectations of their parents. A few days ago I read an article entitle “Gender Stereotypes Block Women’s Advancement” written by Brian Amble. I got this article from http://www.management-issues.com. This article was very attractive for me because, it was touch about women sensitivity. Honestly, I am not really agree with some statement in this article like “Senior executives' perceptions of men and women are more informed by gender-based stereotypes than facts, leading to misrepresentation women and contributing to the startling gender gap in business leadership.” For me, we cannot misjudge the ability or advancement of women in business leadership in other word “don’t judge a book by its cover”. All of us must know the hidden abilities, talents, aptitudes and so on that the women have before we making a judgment or conclusion of something sensitivity issues like this. Although the research was making to proof this issue, I still argue with the result of the research or experiment. This is because, sometime human make mistake in making some evaluation of some issues. Maybe because of any bad influence that brings bad effect in making the conclusion in other word the exist of bias. My opinion is same like U.S. research and advisory organisation dedicated to advancing women at work that argues that the effects of gender-based stereotyping can be devastating potentially undermining women's capacity to lead, and posing serious challenges to women's career advancement. Ultimately, all parties must give the women chance to show their advancement in business leadership not to devastating and undermining their spirits and ability to lead like the men because, they have the right to do so.

A few days ago, I read an article entitle “A Unique Coming Of Age Ceremony for 50 Deaf Children” written by Nissan Ratzlav-Katz I like the content of this article because its about an amazing coming of age ceremony for 50 deaf children. As we know, the normal and abnormal children are very difference in many aspects like in education, social and so on. The abnormal children like (deaf) cannot accept the knowledge faster because they cannot hear. They just can use their eyes to see what the teachers do in front of them and than using their mind to analyze that. Therefore, it is taking much time. So in this article show us the involvement of 50 deaf children in a unique coming of age ceremony with their families that show and teach them about several things like this ceremony address the importance of community, giving to the community, and understanding the meaning and importance of prayer. Therefore, the deaf children can get the benefit from that ceremony that, they cannot have from others place or ceremony. As a conclusion, may a lot of ceremony like this will be held entire the world as a symbol of care and concern to the abnormal children to making their life normal like the lucky children.

I read article about “Gender Roles and Stereotypes” by Dana Williams. I agree about tips on how to do that in our home. Firstly, expand activities for girls and boys. Encourage children to play with both genders. Be sure to provide girls with opportunities to climb and explore and boys with activities to play make believe games and enjoy art projects. We must read books and tell stories for them that highlight characters demonstrating gender equality. Always point out real people who demonstrate nontraditional gender roles for examples women as doctor, scientists, and construction worker and men as stay at home dads, nurses or schoolteachers. If a boy at school makes our daughter mad, don not allow her to say “Boys are stupid!” Since a person’s behavior is never representative of a group, encourage her to express her feeling about the individual rather than the entire gender. We as are parents must be a good role model by sitting equal example with housework and parenting chores. We also must show for them the equal enthusiasm for women’s and men’s sports. With are they canned get more recognize with both gender between women and men. With it also can less skirmish between both.

The answers from the survey showed that women are happier than men and have a better quality of life as they get older. Furthermore it showed that women are more optimistic than men. There are a doctor named Dr.Elizabeth Breeze who co-wrote the report, said that women often became happier as they grew older because they no longer had to worry about looking after their families. This is because the custom in western life is totally different in Malaysia especially Malay custom. At there the parents will manage their own life when their children have their own life or getting married. They do not need to take care of their parents anymore and let them live in a house alone. This is different with our lifestyle or islamic lifestyle because in our religion the children have to take care and respect their parents as long as they are still alive. In Islam they are guideline base on al-Quran and as-Sunnah which teach us to be polite and respect our parents eventhough they still afford to manage theirselve or not because as the in hadith "The heaven is under mum feet". As a child we have to pray for them everyday especially while we are praying it is also means that we have to remember them always either in our heart or in our mind. It be our responsibility to take care of them and make them happy as long as they are still alive. The other reason why women trump men is unlike many men who need to derive their sense of self-worth from focusing solely on their career and making money, women are multi-taskers.Means that women can make a lot of thing or at least two things in the same time. For example they can make their hobbies as their job such as sewing, baked cakes or cooking, make handy-craft and many. They can manage their family, children and career efficiently because they have the high of patience, responsibility, good sense, loving, caring, good listener than men. Many men think that retirement will turns into gloomy vacuum of emptiness means through their lives their work has been so all-consuming they have forgotten how to enjoy themselves. But for women it is not a big deal if they are in this condition. They know how to use the the time and appreciate what they have. For example if they get retire, they still have their children to look after and spend their time with them at home. As she said exercise is very important too because it can remain her beauty and look young. Beside that, a healthy diet should be next on the list. It shows about son that ignore about his father. His father was cripples. Although they live together in the house, they such never know each other. As an example, during the dinner the son is not around with his father. And his child was see all his acting that his done to his father. A few days later when his child playing “pondok-pondok”, his child do as his father commit the same thing what his father did to his grandfather. When he saw his child behaving like that, it was made the father realize his fault.

I think everyone have influence by self. My influence is Detective Conan. I like him because he is very smart investigator. He not easy influence with other result unless it his. Conan Edogawa is really Kudo Shinichi, the famous teen detective. While investigating a criminal operation, he is forced to take an experimental drug that turns him into a pint sized sleuth. His bowtie, a gift from Dr. Agasa, lets him imitate any voice he wants. That's important, because the police tend to dismiss the youngster's observations. I have read an article the tittle is Boost Your Career With A Hobby. This article is writen by Jennifer Robinson. She said in this article, to get a happy job, we can combine our hobby in our daily job. For example, Jennifer Robinson love in photography and she integrated her hobby into her daily job in marketing communication. I agree with Jennifer Robinson's statement. Sometime our daily job can make our life so boring and make them fed up go to work when they think about thier problem at the office. By using Jennifer's idea people can work with happily and they can improve their quality or work and have a possitive reputation.But, that is not mean that they can work without serious attitude. This way just increase their feel in work. Give attention in your job and at the same time use your hobby to boost you in your career. According to your hobby may be it can make your work more comfortable. And lastly, I think it is very important way to make a people as a worker did not get a stress bocause of their job. This article is talking about how to advertise product using banner. Banner is one of the important way to tell everyone about your product. I think business owner must be clever and intelligent how to attarct a customer to use their service and buy their pruduct.Using banner is the intelligent way to attract the customer. But, the important thing is, the banner must beautiful, unique, and creative. The beautiful banner make the customer want to try your service or your product. May be by using this way, their product can be popular among customer not in Malaysia but in another country. In addition the colour, size of the word, size of the banner is improtant too. Iklan Puasa 2007 is a television comercial that I most like. I like this advertise because of the plot of the story. This story is starting with the one excited women want to go back to her hometown by using a train. At the railway station she saw a two children eating ABC in big bowl and one children eat big icecream. She imagine too far. After that she buy a food for herself. When she waiting her train turn, she saw a man eating some food. She think the man eat her food and take that food and go away. In the train she sit while waiting athan. The climax is happen when the conductor want to check her ticket. When she open her bag, she found her food and she know she take a that man's food. The conclution is that woman feel so guilty and she saw all the person beside her have same face with that man and smile to her.The second reason is I like this tv comercial because of the character. I like the important character. That woman is Adibah Nor. She is so funny. Where ever she is a funny person. She always make a joke and her joke can attrack audience. Second is the chinese man. I like this character because of his humour's face. He always smile to the women even that woman take his food. In addition I like the woman that sell a food. She saw Adibah Nor and give the food to her very fast. I like this television comercial very much.

I like the television comercial break when arrive Hari Raya Aidilfitri from petronas .In this comercial first you see a mother is loving to children. At the beginning , she is patient the only way your son could get their attention was to do something .Then a mother said , "my son ,how are you?Are you fasting today ? His mother have attention was to do something your son.Then his son looks relaxed again and drive go to Pekan .Not long ago their son was coming back to the house and he said to mother ," I just want to tell you that I love you.More important then that ,I want to tell you my earliest recolection of loving you.And I saw you are standing there an just knew that I loved you so much .Suddenly ,his son is realize your mother wanted to take it away from it.

I think this article is good and very imformative because where male nurses are very uncommon .I can believe that article and I feel that a good job male nurses is important and respect when male nurses same profession , being that most nurses are female .Secondly I can believe and confident that male nurses have earnest to attempt .My suggestion ,this article ca be advantages for many people are suprised to serves the working environment .Actually I advise for a male whenever I saw male nurses , they were usually hardworking and to attempt things and other, thorouhgly you can do it even though you are male.

The tv commercial that i liked most is Syahirah product.
“Syahirah…Suci dan segar”. This is a dialogue Farah AF2 to promote a foaming facial wash by Syahirah product. First time I watch this commercial advertisement, it like attract me to use this product. At the same time, I had no foaming facial wash that suitable my face. As a result, I had to try Syahirah product. So, the next day I went to Fajar to buy Syahirah product. Until now, I’m still using Syahirah product. Furthermore, Syahirah product have a perfume and deodorant too. That why I like this commercial advertisement.

I read an article about a peeking at nursing as a career written by Hege Crowton. I am agreeing with the writer of this article. In my opinion, we need more people to choose nursing as a career. There is a national shortage, so career choice would guarantee future employment fresh out of school. Lastly, if you like working with people and helping them during some of most important time their lives, then I have no doubt you would thrive in your career as a nurse, but don’t made career as a nurse the last choose.My suggestion, better you think first before you do something because this about life.
